Today was certainly a Muggy Monday Morning at VI but that didn’t hold us back from putting in some hard work. YHC was the Substi-Q for @Drip who is still recovering from surgery so I wanted to show our appreciation to Drip and lead a beatdown Drip led in 2021. Here is how it went…
Had the keys to The Distillery today and used the same beatdown that I put together a few weeks ago for Alcatraz. With all the running lately, I thought it was a good switch up to build some strength. Blocks were moved, reps were repped and we even rolled around some puddles. The thang: I…
Zephyr and I have talked multiple times about doing a WIB in Arbor Run and welp, today was the day. The hills of Arbor Run did not disappoint and it was a group of Arbor Run residents who know the neighborhood and still were up for the challenge. The thang: The goal of today was…
It was a fun morning at Flatline. We kept it moving and discussed a WIDE variety of topics that I never thought would come up at 5:30 AM but here we are. Warmup: Abe vigota, whirley with a clap, Michael Phelps Active warmup – 4 corners in the parking lot (SSH, Imperial Walkers, Hillbillies, Toy…
Today, all PAX involved, earned our weekend as we Battled through the Fog. We did so individually but came together at the end to battle as a team. Here is how it went down. Warmup: 0530: Side straddle hops, whirley with a clap, Michael Phelps. The thang: 0535 – 0605 – You vs You –…

When I was asked to Q Parliament, I was excited to lead a group of men for a block only, no running beatdown. Prepped and ready to go, mother nature had other plans. The twist part of this Parliament beatdown was it was held at Village Idiocy without any blocks. So what other workout did…
Shortly after I started posting at F3, Zephyr had the Q at WIB around September 2025 and held it at Calvary Baptist Church. Being a good friend, I joined the beatdown and it was a STRUGGLE! I mean I barely made it through the workout. So fast forward to today. I had the Q at…
As 5 PAX got out of their car for an EC Run, we all said the same thing “Man, its cold out here” and yes, it was a cold one this morning. But, the cold didn’t stop the PAX from coming to work, and working hard, under the beautiful lights of Village Idiocy. Today’s playlist…
It was a cold morning and what better season is there than soup season!? Not only did we get some warm soup in our bellies, but we were also able to learn the alphabet at the same time. Some would say, that’s a 2 for 1 special. Warmup: Side straddle hops, abe vigoda, whirley with…
