Bells and Whistles – 2.11.2026 It was the first day of 2026 that shorts were appropriate for morning festivities. BAM reminded me that I was on the calendar earlier in the week and I am glad he did because I probably would have missed this one. I am glad I did not. 10 HIMS showed…
Freezing cold morning at The Iron Throne. I got the call from Tammy to Q and you know the Duck has a hard time turning down that opportunity especially since I was the former site Q. I had put up a magnesium lock to secure the coupons and so that it would not freeze. Coming…
It has been a while since I have had the Q at Alcatraz. Although I am a regular for both the Super Max (Murph) and the normal beatdown, it has been at least 8 months since I have had the Q. Subfloor reached out and since my absurd work schedule is finally slowing down,…
It was a nice cool morning at the Jerry Long YMCA. I was not sure who was going to show up since I had seen no HC’s last night. Either way, I was armed with my ChatGPT workout. This was my first time using it for this purpose and I realized that ChatGPT does not…

A couple of months ago I got asked by Mutton to Q Impossible Situation (IS). This is what we call the “Mother-Ship” since years ago before I joined F3 this from what I understand was the first AO. Up until recently this one had been a weekly thing but attendance has fallen to where it…
Coming off a beautiful Tuesday where we had a winter day of 72 degrees, the Duck was feeling sore from the absolute legendary “Ground Hog Day Beatdown brought to you by The Singing Cowboy”. Like the Duck, Bagpipe is a self-proclaimed non-runner and I figured we could do this one mainly strength work but still…
I was getting back from a jobsite in Western NC late yesterday and realized that I had the Q for UA today. I had some ideas but needed to consult one of the old Red Woods (Zima). He gave me an idea for some Tabata which seemed appropriate because @Bagpipe and the Duck have done…
This is the 11th Anniversary Celebration of the F3 Winston Salem Dash PAX and this was a solid turnout for a 27 degree morning in the year of our Lord January 4th, 2025. The Duck was so excited that he could not go back to sleep after getting up on my own at 4 am. …
